My download didn't work, what should I do?
If your download was not successful, the download will still be in your list of available downloads in the My Downloads section of the website. The download is only removed after the download is completed. If you continue to experience difficulties, contact customer support.
 
Do you sell Compact Discs?
We anticipate to make Compact Discs available on our website within the year.
 
If I purchase a gift order, how does the recipient receive the gift?
When you purchase an item as a gift, an email is sent to the email address specified during the checkout process. The gift recipient can then login to the website and download the purchased item(s).
 
Where can I play my MP3 files?
MP3 files can be played on most computers and audio devices. For more information the MP3 file format, click here.
 
What kind of web browser do I need to download my order?
We support all web browsers, however, we currently do not support mobile devices such as iPhones or smart phones.
